The first one is that Acne goes away at a certain age, this is not true based on the fact that both teens and adults have acne. Do I need to say more? The second myth is that diet isn’t related to acne and doesn’t affect it. Diet affects every organ in your body including your skin which is the largest organ in your body. It’s simply science!
